Below is a table showing basic costs involved with setting up a new
Bubba Burger Restaurant.



All total investment figures represent approximate costs based on the size of your store, location, and the extent of renovations required. A lower cost store is one that would require fewer leasehold improvements, less seating and fewer equipment expenditures. Moderate and higher cost stores may require extensive interior renovations, extensive seating and additional equipment. Therefore, it may not be possible to build a store for the "lower" or "moderate" total investment cost listed.
Because these figures are only estimates of the investment in setting up a Bubba Burgers Restaurant, it is possible to significantly exceed costs in any of the areas listed above. Actual costs will vary depending on physical size and current condition of the premises. John Greco and Andrew Hart opened Bubba Burgers of Hawaii at its original location in Kapaa, Hawaii in 1990 as a partnership. In 1993 the opened their second Bubba Burgers operation in Hanalei, Hawaii and in 1996 they built a new Bubba Burgers Restaurant in Kapaa, Hawaii. In June 1990 they sold the Hanalei location and it is currently being run as a Bubba Burger Franchise Operation.

John Greco's Bio Information:


John Greco spent 13 years as an Army Air Defense Officer holding various command and staff positions including that of Operations Officer with the primary responsibility for developing and implementing training programs for 52 separate occupational specialties.

He has held numerous management positions with the Food and Beverage Departments of Hilton Hotels Corporation.

In 1990 in partnership with Andrew Hart he founded Bubba Burgers of Hawaii in which he continues as a General Partner. He assumed his current position with the Franchisor upon its incorporation.


Andrew Hart's Bio Info


After attending Glendale Community College in California, Mr. Hart joined Hart Manufacturing Company as a Quality Control Inspector, becoming an assistant plant manager in 1980 and a Purchasing Agent with that company from 1982 to 1985.

He began a Food and Beverage career in 1985 with the Chart House restaurants in Long Beach, California and then joined Westin Hotels in Kauai, Hawaii.

In 1990 in partnership with John Greco, he founded Bubba Burgers of Hawaii. He remains as a General Partner with Bubba Burgers and assumed his current position with the Franchisor upon it incorporation.
