Please be advised that the slogan "We Cheat Tourists and Drunks"

is the sole and separate property of Red Shamrock, Inc., dba Pat O'Shea's

Mad Hatter Bar & Restaurant in San Francisco, California. Please find

attached a Certificate of Registration from the United States Commission

of Patents and Trademarks. It has come to our attention that you have

appropriated said trademark by using it on T-shirts and other various

uses in your business.

Please consider this notice under Title 15 United States Code Section

1111 that Pat O'Shea's owns the slogan as their trademark.

Notice is hereby given for Bubba's to CEASE AND DESIST using

O'Shea's trademark immediately. Failure to do so will subject you to

penalties under 15 U.S.C. 1114 (attached).
